EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Gering Consulting, LLC, in collaboration with the Office of Diversity will provide high-level professional development for the Board and the senior leadership team to continue the work related to the Racial Equity Policy 2260.03. Objectives and activities for the professional development include:

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
Funds in the amount of $37,600 will be available in the Title II grant. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3788. As of July 3, 2019, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $37,600. | |
EVALUATION | |
At the conclusion of each training session, the Board and senior leadership will complete a course evaluation that will allow the Board, Administration and the Office of Diversity to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. The results of the evaluation will be used to plan effectively for future training for the Board and senior leadership in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. | |
