The District's referendum advertisement provides for painting/waterproofing at multiple sites. District staff selected R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services. The project scope consists of interior and exterior painting and waterproofing at Buchanan Middle; interior painting at Ferrell Middle; interior and exterior painting and waterproofing at Foster Elementary; and interior painting at Just Elementary Schools.

Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.

Project completion is scheduled for November 8, 2019.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The District's referendum advertisement provides for painting/waterproofing at multiple sites. District staff selected R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services. FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The GMP recommended for approval is $1,999,936, which is available in the Sales Tax Referendum fund.
