| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District. The scope of work includes roof replacements of the main campus apart from Classrooms for Kids (CFK) and playcourt areas at Hunter's Green Elementary School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., is recommended. |
