Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Roland Park K-8 School (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District. The scope of work consists of a total roof replacement of the entire campus at Roland Park K-8 School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Southern Roofing Company, Inc., is recommended. |
