Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Summerfield Elementary School (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District. The scope of work includes roof replacements of Building Numbers 3, 4 and 5 at Summerfield Elementary School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., is recommended. |
