First Public Hearing on the Millage Rates and Tentative Budget for the 2019/2020 Fiscal Year (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On Tuesday, July 16, 2019, the School Board approved the advertisement template for the 2019/2020 fiscal year to include proposed millage rates and tentative budget to print July 26, 2019, in the Tampa Bay Times. In accordance with the TRIM requirements, the School Board must hold a public hearing within five days of the advertisement to discuss the following items and allow for any public discussion. The proposed millage rate is 6.1290, the maximum rate allowed by law.
