SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve a Warranty Deed to Convey a 0.29 Acre Property Located North of Muller Elementary School from The School Board of Hillsborough County to Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (Operations Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 8, 2001, The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida and the Board of County Commissioners of Hillsborough County entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the purpose of co-locating a school, park, health clinic and social services center in the University area.  Hillsborough County has requested a conveyance of a 0.29 acre property located north of East 138th Avenue and Muller Elementary School, adjacent to the School District’s retention pond.  The parcel includes a sidewalk, which is used for access to the UACC building.  The University Area Community Center (UACC) is situated on Hillsborough County property, and Hillsborough County is interested in joining it with the parent tract.

There will be no financial impact to the District.
