SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Contract Between Plato Academy Charter School and The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida to Provide Meals to Students Under the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program (Operations Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Student Nutrition Services (SNS) will provide breakfast and lunch to children at Plato Academy Charter School. SNS will claim the meals served to the children under our National School Breakfast and Lunch Program for reimbursement during fiscal year 2019/2020.  This agreement shall be in effect from August 12, 2019, through May 29, 2020. Plato Academy Charter School requires the School Board's signature, as the subcontracted agency, to acknowledge acceptance of this contract prior to Plato Academy Charter School's final signature.

Projected revenue will be approximately $14,960.00 per fiscal year 2019/2020.
