Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with My Next Chapter LLC for Services at James Elementary School (Academic Support and Federal Programs)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this program is to provide psychological care and case management to students with mental health needs while providing skills to their parents to aid in the student's success. By entering into this Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), the partners indicate their commitment to support all aspects of the responsibilities and all phases of the activities described in the agreement. The purpose of this agreement is to establish a framework of collaboration, as well as articulate specific roles and responsibilities for each entity that will support the full and effective implementation of the proposed project.

EVALUATION
Baseline quantitative data will look at the number of students and families referred for services as well as how many receive services. The school will compare pre-therapeutic services student data (attendance, behavior, grades) and post-therapeutic services data to measure outcomes.
