Approve 2020 School Board Meeting Schedules (Deputy Superintendent, Instructional)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a requirement of the School Board Reorganization, a School Board meeting calendar must be adopted.  The meeting schedule is an essential tool in planning events involving School Board members and district activities.  The Board may add, cancel, change location, and/or time of meetings.  In the event changes are made to the approved calendar, the public will be properly noticed to conform with current law. For the 2020 calendar year, we are identifying dates and times for School Board meetings (Attachment I), and Workshops (Attachment II).  Termination and/or Appeal Hearings will be scheduled as needed.  Workshop schedule will act as a placeholder to better accommodate scheduling.
