SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Addendum to the Memorandum of Agreement with the Tampa Sports Authority to Utilize Three Golf Courses Within the City of Tampa Through 2020/2021 (Athletics Department)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval to utilize the three golf facilities provided by the Tampa Sports Authority within the City of Tampa for contests, practices, coaching, drills, and instruction that are part of a program of interscholastic golf competition sanctioned by the Florida High School Athletic Association.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Develop a culture of respect, trust, collaboration and equity • Continuously improve processes and systems • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $16,800 will be available in the Athletics Department Budget. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 6405. As of September 12, 2019, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $59,091.62.
