Public Hearing on the Adoption of New and Revised Policies (Government Relations)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached new and revised policies recommended for adoption were provided to and discussed by the School Board at the July 16, 2019 and August 20, 2019 workshops. The policies reflect the work completed at those meetings, as well as Board member feedback. Beginning the week of September 9, 2019, the policies were made available for public review on the district website and the notice of rulemaking was listed in the Florida Sentinel Bulletin, La Gaceta and Tampa Bay Times. After completion of the advertisement period set forth in Florida Statute Chapter 120, the Superintendent recommends approval to adopt these policies.
