Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement and Instructional Support Salary Schedule with the Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA) (Human Resources)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A Salary Agreement (Attachment A) has been reached with the HCTA ESP Units, effective July 1, 2019.  Revision to the existing ESP Salary Schedule (Attachment B) is attached.

Funds in the amount of $3,500,000 will be available in the districtwide salary line item.
