The Belmont CDD owns property adjacent to the north of the Elementary “D” school site in the Belmont Subdivision. The Belmont CDD is responsible for a new roadway segment to the north, which the School District is required to connect to for access. In order to expedite the construction process and provide Hillsborough County Public Works with a seamless delivery of a completed roadway, the District has agreed to construct the CDD’s portion directly north of the school site. Then, the CDD is required to reimburse the School District for their portion of the roadway requirement. The construction agreement outlines all of the details of the roadway construction and reimbursement between the School District and the Belmont CDD.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
