Minimise USA is a provider of innovative energy solutions for the education, government and chain retail sectors. They have partnered with the School District to help reduce energy costs. The attached Lease Agreement between DAB RE Partners, LLC, and the School Board of Hillsborough County is necessary to expand the reach of our career training options in the western part of the County. The program Hillsborough Technical College offers, "Career in a year," provides training to our community and prepares them with the skills needed to fill the demand for local workforce talent in Tampa Bay.
