Approve Updates to the Ongoing Plan with Minimise, USA, LLC, for the Energy Management Project (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Energy Management and Conservation Services Project (EMCSP) that began in August 2017, has to date yielded the installation of over 235,000 new LED fixtures, and more than 13,000 new Emergency LED fixtures at over 200 schools sites as well as Energy Management and HVAC upgrades. In celebration of Energy Awareness month, Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) herein reaffirms its commitment to Minimise, USA, LLC, as its sole EMPCS contractor as per the June 2016 Invitation to Negotiate. We acknowledge that Minimise, USA, LLC, requires support from funding partners and HCPS is open to considering the assignment of cash flows from the No Capital Outlay Plan Agreement (NCOPA) directly to HCPS approved funding partners. Irrespective of any cash flow assignment, Minimise, USA, LLC, shall be responsible to HCPS for all duties and obligations under the NCOPA. HCPS is looking forward to the Solar Project at Edison and Energy Management rollout by its Contractor Minimise, USA, LLC.
