| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District. The scope of work includes a partial roof replacement at Ruskin Elementary School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Ryman Roofing, Inc., is recommended. |
