| Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Williams Middle School (Operations Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District. The scope of work includes roof replacements of the entire campus at Williams Middle School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Service Works Commercial Roofing, Inc., is recommended. |
