SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Negotiated Economic Proposal, Salary Schedule, and Memorandum of Understanding with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation (HSEF)  (Human Resources)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
An Economic agreement (Attachment A) has been reached with the HSEF, effective December 29, 2019.  The 2019-2020  Salary Schedule (Attachment B) and the Memorandum of Understanding (Attachment C) are attached.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $3,800,000 will be available in the districtwide salary line item.
