EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
According to Florida Statute 1013.28, The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, authorized the Superintendent to dispose of real property if said property was deemed surplus and unnecessary for educational purposes. District staff has identified School Board property located at 316 South Franklin Boulevard, Tallahassee Florida, (Parcel ID 11-31-55-000-0360) as surplus and is no longer required for educational purposes.
This Resolution authorizes the Superintendent and District staff to move forward with the disposition of a condominium, property ID 11-31-55-000-0360 comprised of approximately 0.02+/- using independent property appraisals to establish fair market value and accept offers to purchase. |
