Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Fire Damage Demolition Project at McLane Middle School (Operations Division) |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On July 19, 2019, fire damaged Building Number 600 at McLane Middle School. District staff selected Master Consulting Engineers, Inc. and HCBeck, Ltd. dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for the demolition and removal of this building. Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for November 30, 2019. |
