Approve Acceptance of Project for the Gymnasium Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrades at Plant High School (Operations Division) |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The HVAC System in the Plant High School Gymnasium had been malfunctioning for quite some time. District staff selected Carastro & Associates, Inc. and Reno Building, LLC from the approved Continuing Services Consultants List to provide design and construction management services to replace the HVAC system. The project scope consisted of the replacement of three HVAC units in the Gymnasium, addition of variable frequency drives added to the existing boys and girls restrooms and the associated transfer fans.. The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance. |
