| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provided for the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement and exterior painting at Dunbar Elementary School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Jerel McCants Architecture, Inc. and JE Dunn Construction Company to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance. |
