| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The District's referendum advertisement provided for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement at Folsom Elementary School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Ossi Consulting Engineering, Inc. and Wharton-Smith, Inc. to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. Due to the magnitude of the scope of work, this project was divided into two phases. The design professional has certified that the Phase 1 work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance. |
