Approve Acceptance of Project for the Referendum Phase One Project at Walden Lake Elementary School (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof and partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacements at Walden Lake Elementary School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Phoenix Engineering Group, Inc. and Reno Building, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
