EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof replacement at Lake Magdalene Elementary School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Gale Associates, Inc. and R. W. Tymewell, Inc. to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The project scope consisted of a partial roof replacement.
The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
