The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has requested permission from The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, for access for roadway improvements along East Hillsborough Avenue. The License Agreement would allow FDOT ingress and egress for workers, machinery, and vehicles in the hatched area depicted on Exhibit “A”. This will also allow FDOT to construct a new fence on the corner of N. 20th Street and Hillsborough Avenue as depicted on Exhibit “B”. FDOT will continue with the center’s Administrator with reasonable advanced notice to insure uninterrupted vehicular access to the school site and to not unreasonably inconvenience the center. The term of the Agreement shall be from November 19, 2019, to October 31, 2020.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has requested permission from The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, for access for roadway improvements along East Hillsborough Avenue.
