SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Interagency Agreement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County, the State of Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Probation and Community Intervention (DJJ-C13), and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (Chief of Schools)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this interagency agreement is to implement the requirements of Section 985.04 (1)(c), Florida Statutes.  All parties agree to promote a coordinated effort among agencies and staff for the purpose of sharing information about juvenile offenders in each county.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Continuously improve processes and systems • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  No)
There is no cost to the district associated with this interagency agreement.
EVALUATION
Agency partners agree to participate in Interagency planning meetings, as appropriate.
