| Approve the Interagency Agreement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County, the State of Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Probation and Community Intervention (DJJ-C13), and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (Chief of Schools) |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY |
| The purpose of this interagency agreement is to implement the requirements of Section 985.04 (1)(c), Florida Statutes. All parties agree to promote a coordinated effort among agencies and staff for the purpose of sharing information about juvenile offenders in each county. |

| • Continuously improve processes and systems • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health |
