These practices include leadership, organizational policies, communications, programs, engagement, community partnerships, and reporting outcomes. As a result of our health and wellbeing initiatives, HCPS has been recognized at the Silver Level on the AHA Workplace Achievement Index. This is the highest level a first-time applicant can receive. We are excited to be recognized by the American Heart Association as having a healthy workplace, especially as we are seeing employee engagement in our health and wellbeing program at an all-time high.
