| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The ROSSAC Culture and Wellness Program assists in facilitating a healthy lifestyle by encouraging programs that promote a balanced and healthy work environment. The program focuses on the physical, emotional, social and financial pillars of wellbeing by engaging co-workers with opportunities outside their day-to-day job function. Wellness programs can impact an employees's happiness and create the potential to positively impact health care costs, absenteeism, productivity, recruitment/retention, culture and employee morale. The program encourages participation from every staff member who works in the building, regardless of position, title or rank. |
