Approve New and Revised Job Descriptions for the Operations Division (Operations)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached job descriptions reflect current and increased duties due to the passing of the half-penny sales tax referendum. 

Attached are three job descriptions for approval.  The Senior Project Administrator (job code 53326) job description has been revised to reflect current and increased duties due to the passing of the half-penny sales tax referendum, including a change in salary due to the added responsibilities.   The job description for Inspector, Building (job code 51611), has been revised to clarify requirements for the position and the specific duties; see the attachment for specific changes.  The job description for Department Manager, Project Management, Operations (job code 10178) is new; the job description details specifics duties and responsibilities of this position.

These positions are funded by the General Fund.  The salary range for these positions are:

Inspector, Building: $54,324.16 to $85,655.68
Senior Project Administrator:  $90,109.28 to $104,936.10
Department Manager, Project Management, Operations:  $75,617.44 to $96,068.75
