| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Ajax Building Corporation is currently under contract to provide construction management services for miscellaneous projects on a continuing basis. As a result of the recent merge with The Structuretone Organization (STO), Ajax has officially changed their name and requests that their agreement for the referenced services be amended to reflect the legal name of Ajax Building Company, LLC. Amendment of the referenced agreement will allow payments to be issued in the firm's legal name. |
