A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof replacement at Schwarzkopf Elementary School. District staff selected C. B. Goldsmith & Associates, Inc. to provide design services. On May 15, 2018, the Board appointed Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. to provide construction management services.

The design professional and roofing manufacturer (for the 20 year warranty) have certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof replacement at Schwarzkopf Elementary School. District staff selected C. B. Goldsmith & Associates, Inc. to provide design services. On May 15, 2018, the Board appointed Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. to provide construction management services.
