A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof replacements at Thonotosassa Elementary School. District staff selected Roof Engineering Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On December 4, 2018, the Board appointed Precision Roofing Solutions, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work included removal and replacement of several roof areas.

The design professional and the roof manufacturer (for the 20 year warranty) have certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
