As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. and Creative Contractors, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for modifications to the interior classroom security walls in the 900 Building at Dover Elementary School.

The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. and Creative Contractors, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for modifications to the interior classroom security walls in the 900 Building at Dover Elementary School. The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
