Approve Perpetual Easement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida and the State of Florida Department of Transportation at Erwin Technical Center (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Florida Department of Transportation has requested assistance from The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, to grant a perpetual easement for the purpose of milling and resurfacing and enhance safety along Hillsborough Avenue from Central Avenue to North 56th Street. The sidewalk will be constructed within 123+/- square feet of the southwest corner of Erwin Technical Center's property boundary along Hillsborough Avenue and North 20th Street. FDOT will be responsible for the maintenance and construction of the sidewalk improvements proposed within the project. |
