Resolution of Dispute for the Kings Lake Neighborhood Association Easement and Cost Allocation Agreement | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A dispute arose regarding the District’s responsibility to the Kings Lake Neighborhood Association pursuant to an Easement and Cost Allocation Agreement that was entered into on December of 2000. Specifically, the District and the Association disagreed as to the obligation of the District to pay an allocated share of the expenses of the association’s maintenance and operation of the Drainage Facilities and Beautification Features. The District mediated the dispute and an agreement was reached regarding the amounts owed in the past and the method of the calculation on an going forward basis. |
