A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof replacement at Cork Elementary School. District Staff selected PBA Design Group, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 5, 2019, Board appointed Southern Roofing, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work included replacements of the west portion of the main building and Building 6 including raising the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) units and installing new expansion joint curbs.

The design professional and roofing manufacturer (for the 20 year warranty) have certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
