Approve Amendment of Construction Manager Firm's Agreements for Construction Management Services on a Continuing Basis (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Specialized Property Services, Inc. is currently under contract to provide construction management services of miscellaneous projects on a continuing basis. As a result of the recent name change, this firm has requested that their agreement for the referenced services be amended to reflect the legal name of Specialized Construction Service, LLC. Amendment of the referenced agreement will allow payments to be issued in the firm's legal name. |
