SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Addendum to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Profferfish, LLC for the Community Service Hours Management Tool for Students, Families, Counselors, and Administrators (Chief of Schools)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval of the MOA regarding a project to assist in the management of community service hours associated with Florida Bright Futures. This project has established a customized, paperless process for the students, families, counselors, and administrators of Hillsborough County Public schools.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Improve the high school graduation rate • Continuously improve processes and systems • Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $52,500 or $1.00 per high school student will be paid from lottery dollars.  This one-time payment is a highly discounted rate for the product valued at $5.00 per student annually.
EVALUATION
Quarterly reports are review and shared with the Florida Department of Education.
