As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Renker, Eich, Parks Architects, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. Core Construction Services of Florida, Inc. was chosen through a selection committee to provide construction management services. Phase Two scope of work provides for reconfiguring walls to provide lockable classrooms, exterior painting and heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement at Bellamy Elementary School.

Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.

Project completion is scheduled for July 28, 2020.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The GMP recommended for approval is $3,679,429, which is available in the Capital Outlay and Debt Service (CO & DS) fund.
