The evaluations will address the specific objectives of each project application and will determine the impact that funds had in meeting those objectives. Data to be analyzed will include school grades, state and local assessments, data from advanced placement courses, teacher evaluations, survey results from homeless, neglected and delinquent programs, parent and community involvement, and professional development.
