Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Security Film Installation Project at All School Sites (Operations Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved continuing service consultants list to provide construction management services. The scope of work consists of the installation of security film at designated areas at all Hillsborough County elementary, middle and high schools. Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 7, 2020. |
