The District's referendum advertisement provided for various heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades and replacements. District staff selected Minimise USA Capital, LLC, in accordance with the terms of the existing No Capital Outlay Plan Agreement (NCOPA), to provide the necessary design and construction management services for selected projects. This scope of work provides for the HVAC replacement and upgrade to the major HVAC equipment and control system at Mulrennan Middle School.

Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.

Project substantial completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The District's referendum advertisement provided for various heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades and replacements. FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The GMP recommended for approval is $3,467,708, which is in the Sales Tax Referendum fund.
