| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On February 5, 2019, District staff selected BAL Engineering, Inc. and Reno Building, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. The project scope consisted of partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement. <br /><br /> Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project. <br /><br /> Project substantial completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020. | |
