| Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Building Code and Restroom Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) at Dover Elementary School - <em><strong>(Operations Division)</strong></em> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| In the summer of 2019, Operations performed security upgrades to Building 9 at Dover Elementary School. In conjunction with and as a Phase 2 continuation of that project, District staff selected Renker Eich Parks Architects, Inc. and Creative Contractors, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively, to perform building code and restroom ADA upgrades to complete the Building No. 9 work at Dover Elementary School.<br /><br />Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.<br /><br />Project completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020. | |
