| Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Referendum (Year Two) Project at Westchase Elementary School <em><strong>(Operations Division)</strong></em> | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The District's referendum advertisement provided for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement. On October 29, 2019, District staff selected Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. and JE Dunn Construction Company to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee. Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 1, 2020. | |
