Approve Acceptance of Cafeteria Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Roof Top Unit Replacements at Potter Elementary School <em><strong>(Operations Division)</strong></em>
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for HVAC replacement at Potter Elementary School Cafeteria. District staff selected RHC and Associates, Inc. and R. W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The project scope consists of the installation of four packaged roof top units and existing mini-split systems, replacement of ceilings throughout the cafeteria, structural steel framing and new ductwork.<br /><br />The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
