Approve Revised 2019/2020 School Board Meeting Dates (Deputy Superintendent, Instructional)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a requirement of the School Board Reorganization a School Board meeting calendar must be adopted. The meeting schedule is an essential tool in planning events in involving School Board members and district activities. The Board may add or cancel meetings, change locations, and/or times of meetings. In the event changes are made to the approved calendar, the public will be properly noticed to conform with current law. For the 2019/2020 calendar year the following changes will be made:  March 24, 2020   Remove School Board Recognition meeting March 31,2020    Add School Board meeting April 7,2020        Remove School Board meeting April 14,2020      Add School Board meeting April 28,2020      Add School Board meeting and workshop May 5,2020        Remove School Board meeting and workshop, add School Board Recognition meeting May 12,2020       Remove School Board Recognition meeting and add School Board meeting and workshop June 2, 2020       Remove School Board meeting and workshop June 9, 2020       Add School Board meeting and workshop June 16, 2020     Remove School Board meeting and workshop June 23, 2020     Add School Board meeting and workshop August 18, 2020  Add School Board meeting and workshop August 25, 2020  Remove School Board meeting and workshop
