Adoption of the Proclamation Congratulating the 2016 National Hispanic Scientist of the Year Award Honorees (Community Relations)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This proclamation recognizes the Museum Of Science and Industry (MOSI) 2016 National Hispanic Scientist of the Year Award Honoree: Adriana Ocampo, Ph.D., Planetary Geologist and NASA Space Program Manager. Dr. Ocampo's work has led to revolutionary scientific breakthroughs. She is also NASA's lead scientist for the exploration of the planet Venus.
